ABOUT THE GAMES
The Invictus Games is an international sporting event for wounded, injured and sick servicemen and women. The third games took place in Toronto, with 550 competitors from 17 countries. These heroes have overcome incredible adversity to compete.
A ROYAL INITIATIVE
HRH Prince Harry conceived the games after a visit to The Warrior Games in the USA in 2013. He witnessed how sport could help veterans physically, psychologically and socially.
SUPPORTING THE GAMES
Jaguar Land Rover’s support of the Invictus Games dates back to the inaugural Games in London in 2014, followed by Orlando in 2016 and Toronto in 2017.

Like the competitors who pushed themselves to new limits, the third installment of the Invictus Games broke records. From the largest number of participating nations and competitors, to the highest-recorded social media engagement, to an unsurpassed number of spectators and even to record-breaking temperatures, the 2017 Invictus Games eclipsed those that came before.
