Tailored solutions for every scenario. The Vehicle Loss Privilege Program offers four distinct privilege tiers, each designed to address specific circumstances while ensuring you maintain Land Rover ownership.

Negative Equity Privilege*

Comprehensive financial protection

Should your vehicle be stolen or declared a total loss, you will receive an in-store loyalty credit toward your replacement vehicle. The credit may cover the difference between the insurer payout for your vehicle and your vehicle loan balance. 

• Coverage Scope:
 Loan value up to $200,000

• In-Store Loyalty Credit: Full deficit between insurance settlement and outstanding loan balance

TOTAL LOSS EVENT PRIVILEGE

Return to Land Rover ownership

In the event your vehicle is stolen or sustains damage resulting in a total loss declaration, you will receive a substantial in-store loyalty credit toward the purchase of your replacement Land Rover vehicle.

Vehicle Value up to $20,000: $5,000 in-store loyalty credit

Vehicle Value $20,001-$40,000: Choice of $5,000 or $7,500 in-store loyalty credit

Vehicle Value $40,001+: Choice of $5,000, $7,500 or $10,000 in-store loyalty credit

THEFT EVENT PRIVILEGE

Security against non-recovery

Should your vehicle be stolen and not recovered, you will receive a generous in-store loyalty credit to facilitate the acquisition of your replacement vehicle.

• Vehicle Value up to $20,000: $5,000 in-store loyalty credit

• Vehicle Value $20,001-$40,000: Choice of $5,000 or $7,500 in-store loyalty credit

• Vehicle Value $40,001+: Choice of $5,000, $7,500 or $10,000 in-store loyalty credit

PARTIAL LOSS EVENT PRIVILEGE

Protection for diminished value
If your vehicle sustains damage requiring repair that results in a damage record on your vehicle history report, you may receive an in-store loyalty credit at the time you purchase your replacement vehicle — compensating you for the diminished value impact.

• Vehicle Value up to $20,000: $2,500 in-store loyalty credit

• Vehicle Value $20,001-$40,000: Choice of $2,500 or $3,750 in-store loyalty credit

• Vehicle Value $40,001+: Choice of $2,500, $3,750 or $5,000 in-store loyalty credit

• Available for all makes and models within 6 model years of current production
• Must be enrolled within 7 days of vehicle purchase date

Geographic Availability
• Program currently available in all Canadian provinces except British Columbia, Alberta and Quebec
