PARTS AND ACCESSORIES WARRANTY

This Warranty covers every genuine part or accessory purchased from a Land Rover Authorized Service Center or Land Rover Authorized Parts Distributor. If purchased within one month or 1,000 miles of vehicle handover, parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge. If not, parts are subject to 12-month warranty.

APPROVED CERTIFIED PRE‑OWNED WARRANTY

The Approved Certified Pre-Owned Warranty provides coverage for up to 7 years or 160,000 kilometres from the vehicle’s original in-service date, whichever comes first3. Coverage includes 24/7 roadside assistance and $0 deductible on all warrantable repairs, offering added peace of mind during ownership.

Warranty repairs must be completed by a Land Rover Authorized Retailer. Coverage is valid across Canada, the United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam.

Is the Approved Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty transferable?

  • Yes, the warranty is transferable to subsequent owners for the remaining duration, provided the vehicle is sold to an authorized Land Rover Retailer. If sold to a non-authorized retailer, the warranty will be terminated.

Where is the Approved Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty valid?

  • The warranty is valid across Canada, the United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam, ensuring that you are covered no matter where your journey takes you in these regions.

What components are excluded from the Approved Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty?

  • Certain wear components are excluded, such as brake pads, upholstery, tires, wiper blades, bulbs, belts, and hoses. For a complete list, please consult your local authorized Retailer.

What are my responsibilities as the vehicle owner under the Approved Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty?

  • To maintain the warranty, you must follow the maintenance schedules as outlined in your owner’s manual. It is important to retain all maintenance receipts, as these may be required to validate warranty claims.

How to Obtain Warranty Repairs?

  • Only Authorized Retailers may perform repairs under the Approved Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty. To make an appointment for warranty repairs, contact any Authorized Retailer and provide your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). You can also call the 1-800-668-6257 customer hotline for assistance in selecting a Retailer.

Which items are not covered by the Approved Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty?

  • • Mechanical components: Battery and cables, belts and hoses, brakes (pads, shoes, rotors, drums), exhaust system and catalytic converter, bulbs and lenses, manual clutch assembly (pressure plate, friction disc, release bearing), front and rear shock absorbers, struts, Supplemental Restraint System (SRS), coil springs, spark plugs and wires, wiper blades, tires, wheel studs, antenna motor and mast, wheel and tire balancing and rotation, serviceable bushings, wheel alignment, engine adjustments, headlamp aiming, suspension adjustment, squeaks, and rattles.

    • Interior components: Carpet, leather, upholstery, soft trim, wood trim, trim adjustments, fabric and headliner, rear view mirror, dash pad, knobs, buttons, interior fittings, and storage compartments.

    • Exterior components: Frame, frame adjustments, frame brackets and supports, glass and plastic body parts, glass and body adjustments, chrome, bright metal trim, sheet metal, bumpers and absorption struts, convertible top, paint, corrosion, moldings, side-view mirrors, wheels and tires, body seals and gaskets (e.g., weather-stripping), ornaments/badges, grilles, water leaks, wind noise, squeaks, and rattles.

    • Other items and conditions not covered: Regular scheduled maintenance, failure due to lack of proper maintenance, lubricants, fluids, and filters (unless required as part of warranty repair to a covered component), components not supplied or authorized by Jaguar Land Rover Canada ULC, noise or deterioration such as discoloration, fading, deformation, or blur, damage caused by misuse or accident, and vehicles used for commercial purposes or reported as salvaged.
